Theologian Letty M. Russell has defined ‘just hospitality’ as "the practice of God's welcome, embodied in our actions as we reach across differences to participate with God in bringing justice and healing to our world in crisis." This discussion, led by Beth, will explore how we create and define 'community', how we practice listening to identify the voiceless among us; conscious and unconscious consumption; and how we recognize God's loving generosity. Our discussions will draw on lectionary readings and Ecuadorian stories and art.
